We are located in the beautiful city of Montreal, Canada. All our orders leave from our head office .
How long does shipping take ?
Canada: 2-5 business days
United States: 4-6 business days
International: 7-14 business days
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
For custom orders can take 2-3 weeks.
How long does personalized item take to be shipped ?
Our personalized items are manufactured in Europe .Estimate shipping 2-3 weeks .
Do you offer gift packaging ?
Our jewelry comes in a pouch .if you would like a packaging simply note at checkout . Gift need to be packaged .
What are your jewelry made from ?
We have been selling high end jewelry for over a decade . Costume jewelry is mostly brass with high quality plating .Most costume jewelry is brass with good finish.
Our thinner pieces are made from sterling silver 925 .Gold plated or silver plated.
Our crystals are cubic zirconium or Swarovski crystals .
My head hurts when i wear a headband?
Our headbands are usually hand made .We also take consideration on wearing a hairband all day .We do make them extra light and extra comfortable.
Why are some hair clips so pricy ?
Our signature is luxury accessories .Good hairclips mean good quality .We mainly use cellulose. These clips should last you a lifetime .
My product is damaged what can i do ?
Although we inspect each item before and package them with care, damages or defects can happen during shipment.
If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at info@lim-lim.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will take a look and send you a replacement as soon as possible .
Do you wholesale ?
Yes we are mainly distributors and been selling to majors and many lovely boutique. We do have a wholesale login page on our site .

Yes we do .We design regularly for many majors and boutiques their private labels .Minimum order quantity might apply .

Million dollar question.
All of our jewelry is plated .Silver or gold plating.
If you keep your jewelry in a dry place away from humidity it will not turn .
However some people have a very high Ph level or acidity .That will make any jewelry turn . We are not responsible .
We have been in business for over 12 years now we rarely get any returns .
Keep in mind this is costume jewelry.
For a longer shine keep away from humidity and store in small ziploc baggies .
I am allergic to costume jewelry can i wear yours?
In many cases lots of people are allergic to custom. We do not produce with lead or nickel . You should be ok for allergies .
Our earrings post from custom to sterling silver are made of silver .
You should not have any allergies .
Some cases of allergy are very severe .Clients usually know and cant wear anything but gold .
We rarely have any cases of allergy .
